One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! Kate was a most gracious host! She was friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had, and she also provided suggestions for places to visit while we were there. Her home is lovely!

This house worked great for my family to attend a wedding. House was spotless, well-equipped and stocked with some coffee and a few snacks! Lots of natural light from skylights. Peaceful patio with wonderfully scented vine covering the pergola and a nice view of fountain. We saw turtles, a green heron and a small alligator (at a safe distance) from the fenced-in back yard. Location is easy to find with convenient to restaurants and shopping. Exceeded my expectations.

Quaint little house that was perfect for our visit. My son is in Goose Creek for his Navy schooling so we wanted to be somewhat close to the base. The large yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. They loved exploring! We have family in Augusta so they rented another AirBnB a mile away. It was great to be able to spend time with family that we don’t see to often, and spend time with my son for his birthday and Easter. We hope to stay at Deborah’s place again next time we visit our son.

We loved our stay here! Amy was a great host. Yes, the construction is not ideal but she was very upfront with us about it. The noise from construction can be heard all around the downtown area, so you are likely going to be affected by it no matter where you stay in this area. It’s also important to remember that the construction is completely out of the host’s control. This is such a cute place and perfect distance to everything! Don’t let the construction going on keep you away.

Upon arriving in Charleston, we found the home we booked on another site had been double booked. It was late and we were tired. I had 2 of my puppies with me so I found a hotel for the night. I began looking on AirBNB and found several homes but the owners/host were not willing to accommodate us. On my last attempt before deciding to just stick it out in a hotel, I reached out to Allison's listing. She responded quickly, was willing to waive the 3 night minimum and worked to get us into her home quickly. I cannot thank her enough. We got to the home and it was awesome, clean and as described. A bonus - Allison is a lover of animals and had toys, beds and even snacks for the pups. The small fenced in backyard was perfect for my little 4 legged babies. I highly recommend staying with Allison. She is da' bomb.

The hosts were wonderful and responsive. This was an excellent place for our family to spend the holiday weekend. The house was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The house is in a perfect location, it felt very comfortable and the backyard space/pool was absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

We had a fantastic stay during a weekend baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. And it was perfect for our pup!

Everything was perfect. The backyard and screened in porch made it such a peaceful place to hangout out for us and our dogs in between adventures. I’ll definitely be booking this place again next time I visit Charleston!!

Exactly what the soul needed. I appreciate the walkability of this location and all the household amenities making my stay extremely efficient and comfortable! The well fenced in yard was also a must while traveling with my beloved dog. Absolutely would stay here again and am looking forward to my next travel into the region!

Had a great stay!!! The neighborhood isn’t the best, but is far from the worst! Never felt unsafe and was perfectly cozy inside. Close to everything!

Mike was always very timely with responding to questions, very good with accommodations, the home was beautiful and had plenty of space with entertainment (ping pong table, televisions, and corn hole boards)!

Went and stayed with my daughter who is in her twenties as a girls weekend before meeting her sister for her surprise engagement in Charleston. It was a wonderful location convenient to everything, beach, food, and coffee all within walking distance. What stood out was how friendly and welcoming the people at the condo were! When we were leaving to walking to the little strip like area they stopped us and invited us to a gathering they were having with food and cornhole. They were also super friendly and welcoming to us at the pool. It was really a great environment and I would definitely love to stay again just because of the atmosphere they created there!

Ric’s place was perfect for our Easter weekend in Charleston. The house is so cute and the location is fabulous. Close to restaurants and the beach. The backyard is awesome- great outdoor tv, firepit, grill and seating. We had a perfect stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit my family in Charleston.
