Our stay was phenomenal. Previously guest required extra cleaning time so host reached out offering a later check out for us. We had an issue with a breaker and host quickly responded and walked us through how to correct the issue. Cleaning company did not do a great job and host was appreciative we let him know so he could address the issue. Home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Rooms are bigger than expected and 11 of us were super comfortable even eating dinners together in the dining room. Game room is wonderful!!! An all around great experience and I would definitely be back whenever I have a large group.

This house was a great!! My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Jessica was super nice and helpful. Responded quickly which was a huge plus! Over all a great very welcoming home :)

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured. We were there for a cheer competition at Kalahari and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Five minutes to Kalahari and about 15 minutes to Camel Back.

The house was very clean as well as the bathrooms. The host have clear instructions on how to use everything. I highly recommend this house. The host was very response with any questions. I will definitely be back to this location, it was very room and exactly what we wanted. The hot tube was an added bonus

We had a fantastic weekend at the Green Monster in the Poconos! Our group of four families—8 adults and 8 kids—had more than enough space to relax and enjoy. The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together for meals and games. The location on Poconos Blvd was peaceful and convenient, making it a great base for exploring the area. The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults loved the cozy, welcoming vibe of the home. The host was also responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. This stay gave us a chance to unwind, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Highly recommend the Green Monster to any large group or family gathering looking for a fun and comfortable retreat in the Poconos!

I highly recommend Cynthia's Place. It is a lovely apartment with a open concept and tastefully decorated living/dining room and fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and bathroom, and a quiet outdoors area with comfortable picnic and firepit seating. Private, though centrally located to many Pocono destinations and activities. Deer included.

Adams place was better than described even. We never struggled even finding parking. The place was super comfortable and centrally located to the area, and made us feel at home.

The cottage is super cute and clean. The check in was easy and straight forward. Staff in the office is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

This was a great cozy place to stay. It had everything in the description. It was walkable to some amazing restaurants we were very surprised by the food in East Stroudsburg. It was a quick drive to the ski resort and easy access to highway. All and all we would recommend this place to our friends and we will be staying there again soon!

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

Communication was excellent, place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The lake was pretty, the weather was a tad chilly but view of lake was really nice!

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The host took care of our comfort. Also, the location itself made us very happy, because from the terrace you can see wonderful views. We will definitely come back here more than once.

Scott’s place was very nice and peaceful. We stayed at several properties in the Jack Frost development, and this one was the nicest. Check in was easy and flexible with an electronic door lock. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit were definitely helpful. The amenities were as listed and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.
