As South Africans used to nature, we thoroughly enjoyed the green belt and the views of trees. Christi responded very quickly and proactively to the one or two minor difficulties we had, and was a top notch host. Quite exceptional, in my opinion. There are nice restaurants and plenty of shops close by (I liked Market Street for groceries). When we needed an Uber there was always one within 5 to 8 minutes away, but mostly we had family transport. The house is comfortable, the beds good and I really liked the main bathroom. We did not use the jacuzzi/hot tub, but we did use the barbecue which worked fine. Not having central climate control in our homes in South Africa, we battled to set the cool/heat settings, but that was probably simply inexperience! Our stay was everything we expected, and we were very glad to have booked "hot tub house" with Christi.

We loved our stay here! Celebrated my Mom's 78th and had the best time. Beautiful grounds, spacious, clean home, chickens, fishing, horses, fire pit...I could go on and on. Steve was a wonderful host and provided a detailed manual that answered all of our questions in advance from the TV to the hot tub. I highly recommend this property, especially for family gatherings. Everyone enjoyed their time here and no one wanted to leave. It was perfect!

Fantastic place! Stayed here with a group of four couples + one of their infants and we all had a great time with all the many games and activities to do. The host truly seems to have thought of every possible thing a group would need to make the most of their stay (s’mores station, coffee bar, basic pantry items, kitchen fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and servingware, abundance of blankets and towels, etc.). Very clean as well, and the host was proactive, friendly, and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. Back porch is lovely, hot tub was great, house is beautiful. Appreciated the board games! We walked into town for the festival and had a great time. Thanks for having us!

If our plans and family were a “hand” then Nick and Karen’s place FIT LIKE A GLOVE. Perfect amount of room for everyone while still being very spacious and providing great extras that were perfect for if you’re just wanting to hang out. This trip was booked for my family to surprise my mother for her 50th. We haven’t all been together for a while so we wanted a nice place where we could all stay together and eat together and just be together to celebrate! We also had 3 babies (1 yr old and younger) with us and can I just say, all the doors opened and closed so nice and quiet and the fans provided great circulation. Nice and clean 👌🏽 easy check in and check out!!

You know how when you book a hotel or a place you worry that it won’t look like the photos? This home was everything like the photos and more! I almost don’t want to speak so highly of this property because I know more people will want to book this place, but that would be a disservice to all of the hard work they’ve put into building this beautiful home! If you’re a customer questioning whether this is the place for you, don’t hesitate…book it! I look forward to coming back here in the future again and I hope many see this review as a “this sealed the deal for me!” To Gerald and Yuri yet again, thank you so much for everything!

Just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space with views of beautiful horses. Exactly what we were looking for! We would love to visit again.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

This house was perfect for our large group of moms and daughters. The neigborhood is quiet and beautiful and the property is verr private. Lots to do and lots of space so we didn't feel cramped.

RSB Living hosting our family was an amazing experience for our family. They have just an amazing beautiful home and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely have RSB Living home the first on our list when we are in the area again.

Incredible home! There was enough space for my whole family to sleep comfortably, and we have a pretty large family. The kids loved the amenities which kept them busy all day! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.

Stayed for a weekend getaway. Very private and secluded. Very quiet. The house was incredible. The super deck and hot tub were great!! I would absolutely recommend this place. Jessie was awesome to deal with. Very responsive. I only gave 5 stars because that's all I could give.

The house was very spacious and perfect for our Easter getaway.. 3 of the 6 bedrooms had bathrooms and was perfect for couples. Also, had 2 kitchen and eating areas as well. The back yard was very spacious and we were able to play kickball.. The back yard also leads to the lake and perfect for early morning coffee walks. The only thing is the day before our check in we were notified of a deposit needed incase we left the house messy or for broken items. However the deposit was refunded within a few days..

Great place to have fun and relax

We had a nice relaxing time. The bed was comfortable and we slept so good! Everything was clean & as described in the listing.

David and I were visiting for my daughter’s wedding nearby, we found this gem to stay in and also booked another nearby cabin for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. We brought our fur baby who absolutely loved the space and outdoors. House is private and lots of space with everything you need for the week or weekend. Kathleen was super nice!

What a beautiful Air bnb! We stayed one night during a cross country road strip and wished we had time for a second night. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and there were so many toys and activities for kids. Inside the house was just wonderful…we felt so at home and there were so many lovely touches. We have stayed in a lot of air bnbs and this one really was one of the best. It had every kitchen utensil or kitchen equipment you could dream of, with drawers and cupboards clearly labeled making it easy to find things in new surroundings. Very comfortable beds and sofas. The surrounding area was pretty farmland and not too far from the highway and maybe 40mins outside of Dallas so perfect for us. I’m not sure if there was much around in terms of restaurants but with such a beautiful house we really didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place to recharge our weary travelling souls and get back on the road…highly highly recommend!

I can’t even begin to explain how much we loved staying here, we didn’t want to leave! It’s a beautiful cabin in the woods surrounded by nothing but nature, they had such cool furniture, (a Jean couch and chair) but I would have to say my favorite part about this house was the peacocks! I had never seen a peacock in person before and the squawk it makes is so cute! And not only 1 peacock, but 3… needless to say this place was absolutely magical, straight out of a fairytale! Unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub, but we’ll definitely come back and stay for longer! Thank you for welcoming us into y’all’s home, we can’t thank you enough, God bless y’all!
