Hike the many trails outside the door on the snowshoes you'll find, then come inside to enjoy the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and play a board game.

Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Welcome to our home away from home. This cozy lake get away just minutes over the border from Massachusetts is the perfect place to connect with friends and family. Enjoy days out on the water which is right outside your back door! Or nights at the fire pit enjoying the stars. We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.

Come enjoy the summer at our beautiful secluded lake house in New Hampshire! Swim, fish, kayak right in our backyard! Enjoy a good night with friends and family sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and watching the beautiful stars or play some games inside our rustic cottage. Activities in the area include Newfound lake, hiking, golf, winery, NH rail trail, entertainment complex. Sheets, towels and other necessities provided.

Quiet lake experience, especially on weekdays, to get away and reset your busy life! 2 kayaks for your use at no extra charge. We recently added an outdoor shower in addition to an indoor claw foot bath tub. There is a small private outdoor deck. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but most people don't want to leave this beautiful setting. You can really unplug with no WIFI! (Pets are not permitted)
