Good location in proximity to the zoo. House was clean and easy to find. We had a lovely stay!

Matt was very helpful with check in and check out. His place is awesome! So close to the OHV trails which we were there for. My friends who were camping in camp grounds were jealous! Very nice cozy home! Plenty of amenities. The dogs he speaks about in his listing aren’t to annoying. They greeted us the first day and we never saw them again. Nice little bar restaurant almost across the street. Will definitely rent from Matt again is we do this trip again!

Laura and Dan were available to talk to when we had a little difficulty signing on to the wifi. They assisted immediately and got us up and running. The place was nice and conveniently located between Asheboro and Sea Grove, both of which were the purpose of our visit. I would highly recommend this place to my potter friends who want to visit Sea Grove.

Loved the location! Loved the lay out! The decor was well thought out and comfortable. Very modern and mid-century! Bed room has a great layout! You’ll love it!!

We absolutely loved staying at Cate’s place!! It was so peaceful and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Our dog felt at home and loved the backyard/wooded area, she was so happy! Cate had muffins when we arrived, breakfast for us the last day, and peacock feathers as a gift! She even had bowls ready for our pup. She was such a gracious host. It is a great property to relax and enjoy nature. Cate has thought of everything. Her home is on the property, however she gave us privacy and you didn’t even notice them. Highly recommend staying here.

For my family of 5, this was a terrific home for us. It kids enjoyed the outside playground, my wife and I enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The house was well designed and super clean. Will use again next time we travel to the NC Zoo.

Our stay at the Blue Heron Bungalow was great! It was as described. The home is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The bed was super comfy and the sheets and pillows were top notch. The view from the master bedroom was really pretty. We loved visiting Stony mountain winery and the Five Points restaurant was great. We also ate at Tillery Tradition which was very good and a nice atmosphere. Next time we will bring our golf clubs. Thanks to our host and hostess for being so responsive and providing a wonderful experience!

Very clean peaceful place with easy access. Plenty of basic supplies. Dawn is a very responsive hostess. Our second time staying here.

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

I had a wonderful stay at Ron’s place! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and very welcoming. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4! The camper was cozy and had all the necessities. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and we loved the beach area by the lake! The hosts were easy to communicate with and made the check in and out process easy!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Cara & Marcelo's home. There was so much character and charm we all felt right at home as celebrated Senior day (weekend) for my son who plays on the Catawaba College Lacrosse team. Centrally located to downtown and the college so we were set. Would definitely stay here again. Cara and Marcelo were so friendly and accommodating I felt like I had know them for years.

A wonderful spot for me and my pups! It was the perfect size and loved the fenced in area that felt so private! I would definitely come back!

I stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation I had in Monroe and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and private space. It truly has everything you need for a long stay. The hosts are very quick to respond! Would recommend to anyone who is traveling to the area.

If you’re looking for an easy place to stay near uwharrie this is perfect. Jerry is awesome and met us for check in and gave us the lay of the land. It’s a separate unit from the main house and yes there’s an outhouse but it’s essentially glamping if you need a spot with a bed, electricity, and WiFi for a night or two away from primitive camping in the forest!

Most places with fenced back yards have holes and gaps. This fence was very secure for dogs. The flooring is all laminate tile for easy clean up - it rained while we were there. Very clean and comfortable

really loved this cottage for a quick weekend getaway with my sister. plenty of space for a larger crew as well. loved, loved loved the peaceful quiet atmosphere. screened in porch was our favorite hangout spot. would happily stay again

We were in town for a family wedding. Brandon’s home was perfect. It was just what we needed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying if you need a spot in Monroe!

It’s a great house in a great location. Plenty of room. Beautiful back yard. Very walkable to downtown and great parks. Great host.
