Très bel appartement, très cosy. Très bien équipé. Situé à 100 mètres de la station de métro Balhao, un petit supermarché à moins de 50 mètres, ouvert assez tard. La rue commerçante Ste Catherine est à 100 mètres et il y a à proximité un centre commercial sur 4 niveaux dont 1 plein de restaurants. L'appartement se situe à proximité de la zone où se trouve tous les monuments à visiter, pas besoin de prendre le métro. Hôte très réactif, plein de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement car nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (couple avec un ado). Linge de toilette et produits lavants fournis.

Appartement très bien situé : proximité ligne E du métro et du centre de Porto à pieds. Appartement impeccable : propre et bien aménagé. immeuble calme.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et le logement correspondait parfaitement à notre besoin. S’il peut paraître excentré sur la carte ce n’est pas du tout le cas dans les faits. Carolina, notre hôte, a toujours été réactive dans nos échanges et sa sympathie transparaissait dans ceux-ci. Je recommande le logement et notre hôte.

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We are 3 couples and it was helpful to have 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was a little tricky because the address is a little ambiguous. We arrived in 2 separate taxis and although we both provided the same address, we were brought to 2 different locations. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with dinner and transportation recommendations. We were out of dishwashing pods and he delivered some to us within half an hour. There were minor things that needed repairs but they didn’t affect our stay. Another bonus is that there is a beautiful running route about half a km away and you can run all the way along the river up to Matosinhos.

Fin lägenhet nära sevärdheter, rent och fint, såg ut som på bilderna, skön säng, vänlig och hjälpsam värd. Man har allt man behöver för några nätter. Skulle gärna bo här igen! Bäddsoffan är dock rätt hård och om det regnar mycket läcker det in i ett hörn.

Çok güzel bir konum, harika bir ev sahibi, tertemiz bir ev, metroya yürüyerek 5 dakika ve girişte ihtiyacımız olan herşey ( 2 Büyük şişe su, kahve, çay ve hatta hoşgeldin hediyesi olarak 1 şişe Porto şarabı) vardı. Portoya giden herkese tavsiye ederim.

We stayed one month at the apartment and really liked the place. First, it is exactly as in the photos. Actually even better, it looks smaller in the photos but it is quite spacious. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to everywhere. You are already in the center, lots of restaurants near by and anything further is like 10 minutes by walking. The owner, Eduardo, was very responsive and helped with our requests and questions. We really had a great time in the apartment and Porto, would definitely recommend.

We had SUCH a lovely stay here. Laura was super communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and greeted us on arrival, which was a really nice touch. She is a delight. She pointed out her recommendations on a map and gave us some fresh treats. The apartment is a great size, very clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening and looking out at the lemon tree. Sadly it rained the whole 4 days we were there but we still had a wonderful time exploring special Porto and the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. Restaurant recommendations: ENCAIXADOS Pata Gorda Orpheu Porto Also we squeezed in a lunch just before our train at Dona Mira downstairs on the terrace in the sun and it was absolutely delicious. Really nice vibes and lovely sparkling wine. Miss it all so much! Thank you for everything, Laura! Xx

Alexandre est accueillant , de bons conseils , ponctuel et répond très rapidement. Le logement est bien situé, propre. La literie est confortable. Porto est une très belle ville .

Alojamiento cuidado, con buen gusto decorado y muy silencioso. Para ir hasta el centro la mayoría de las veces teníamos que coger el metro que está a unos 17 min andando desde casa ya que el autobús que está a unos 4 min andando siempre iba lleno y al ir con carrito de bebé era más complicado cogerlo. Sin duda volvería a repetir

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of charming Vila Real. The place had everything we needed and was an important factor in our enjoyment of the city and our vacation. Highly recommended.

Excelente alojamiento. El apartamento es muy simpático y cuenta con cocina bien equipada, 2 servicios completos, calefacción, lavadora y secadora, balcón, 3 habitaciones. Además es muy soleado y el ambiente de la zona es muy familiar. Zélia es un amor de persona, muy simpática y atenta. Abajo hay un pequeño supermercado que tiene de todo, y los precios son normales. Los accesos son fáciles y relativamente cerca de la autopista, por lo que si quieres ir a Oporto, Aveiro, etc es fácil. Muy recomendable. Repetiré sin duda.

Miguel described the lovely flat well. It was clean and tidy. The flat was easy to find and his instructions were good. We would recommend a guest book for visitors that could tell them about the area . There is a lovely pizzeria called Federico which we went to on our first night. It was delicious ! There is a square nearby - Jardim Marques de Oliveira where you can try the Francesinha sandwich which is very unusual but worth a try ! Porto is famous for it. Go across to the Port houses to sample the different varieties of port and we did some tile painting ( look up David and Francisco ) which we also really enjoyed. The flat is silent at night and the beds are very comfy! One last thing - we couldn’t find a kettle for us Brits who love a cup of tea but we boiled water in a pan which worked . At the end of our visit there was a huge power outage across Spain and Portugal - Miguel was helpful and informative. He allowed us time to regroup before we attempted to fly back. Thank

Espaço agradável, com uma vista bonita, e com tudo o que é preciso! Só não estava à espera das ruas apertadas e falta de estacionamento. (Não é culpa do proprietário, é a zona mesmo)

Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher einchecken. Das war super. Maria war sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Appartement war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Metro ist nur ein paar Meter weg und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Auch der Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite war super praktisch. Wir sind total begeistert.

O apartamento é fantástico. Super amplo, organizado. Na melhor localização do Peso da Régua. O anfitrião foi um querido, nos deu dicas de restaurante e ainda nos fez uma reserva. Sem dúvida voltarei a alugar!

Fernando was a welcoming host, and even shared a 50 year old Porto with us. The house is a true gem, filled with antiques, and everything modern that subtly goes along with that. It was comfortable, the beds had the best linens, it was clean, and bright. The view and surroundings of the duoro Valley and the towns could not have been better. I wish to return if we ever come back to this beautiful area.

A estadia foi muito boa, apesar de haver mais casas no espaço e o jacuzzi e a piscina serem comuns, tivémos sorte com os vizinhos e conseguimos desfrutar do espaço todo. O Tiago também foi sempre muito prestativo, a casa estava em excelentes condições e a estadia foi muito boa. Obrigado mais uma vez e até á próxima 😊

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!
