Our self-catering flat is in arguably the most charming and interesting part of the city - right next to Lancaster Castle - in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but take a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re at the heart of town. We welcome people looking for a peaceful, quiet stay in this historic area. IMPORTANT - the nature of our property, and the limits of our insurance, mean, regretfully, we are unable accommodate children below nine years, nor accept pets. Strictly NON-SMOKERS only.

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

A really bright, modern self contained apartment in central Kendal. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities including The Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Mountain Festival. Situated on the edge of the Lake District national park. Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells. The Nook is a self-contained studio apartment located on the ground floor with our family residence above (separate entrances). You will have all the privacy you need to enjoy the tranquility that Grange over Sands has to offer. Great base from which to explore the Lake District. The Nook has beautiful views of Morecambe Bay. The bedroom /lounge /dining room space has a double bed with separate kitchenette and bathroom. There’s also a patio outside.

Just a short walk to Princes cres where you will find shops, cafes, pubs. Directly facing the apartment is Morecambe's promenade where you can walk for miles taking in the ever changing views
