We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Quarters step free, and level access ground floor apartment is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the Lakes, Morecambe Bay, the Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland. Yealands is a fairly new site surrounded by planted trees with water features for the local ducks and other water fowl. We are opposite the main village where the restaurant, gym and pool are located. The Yealands is a quieter site, perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting the many local attractions. The site is on the border of Lancashire the Yorkshire dales and the famous Lake district. Local interest brochures in lodge and at reception.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
