This is the second time we stayed here and will be back again! Peaceful and perfect for two people. It is "stocked" with everything you will need for your stay without being too much. We love the comfortable vibe of the apartment. Highly recommend!

As described. Great views and very very remote with a prive beach shared with other Oregon House guests. They do have wifi once you check in but it's good to screen shot check in info and numbers before you get there since you won't be able to use the app or have any signal once you arrive.

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

We enjoy the little apartment very much. I always complain about the beds so that is never an issue, just me being picky. I don't think you can ask for a nicer place. Quiet, warm and comfy and the view is amazing!

I've been coming to Florence for a long time and this was my favorite lodging by a long shot! An absolute dream condo right on the water. The view is out of this world. Best patio seating in the city! Your home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It was tempting to never leave. It's so quiet and peaceful at night, we all got some needed sleep. Plus, being right at the end of Old Town is so convenient to walking around the cutest little town. I definitely plan to return and will always hope your home is available!

Great place if you’re going to Autzen for a game. A bit of road noise but the upstairs is pretty quiet at night. Make sure you pay attention when turning in, it’s right off the road.

I had an excellent stay. Clean, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Eugene. The host was responsive, the check-in process was smooth, and the space was comfortable and well-equipped. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described, and in a great location. It was so easy to explore both downtown Springfield and Eugene by foot or bike or car. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and clearly cared about their guest’s experience. Highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay in Nickolas's Musical Oasis very much. I enjoyed his quirky wordly art and musical selection. The cd players happened to have my favorite artists already loaded. The location was perfect for me as I was taking a workshop and could easily walk to the location. He was an excellent communicator, and made sure I found it and got inside easily. I would certainly stay again.

Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

Great space located on a beautiful property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and it was a quick and easy drive into the heart of Eugene!

Caroline's place is in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area in south Eugene. It is comfortable, cozy, very clean, and private, and I felt right at home, with plenty of amenities. I really appreciated the nice outdoor seating area in the garden. Her guidebook for the place with things to do and places to eat in the surrounding area was very thorough and well laid out, and the personal welcome note on the board was a nice touch. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care was put into making this a very welcoming place. A bonus was meeting her friendly dog and one of her cats. Highly recommended!

Norma's place was a perfect place to stay for a couple and a small dog. We walked to the beach every morning and evening and explored Florence and the Dunes. We ate almost all our meals out since there were great options and I would have found it difficult to cook in the kitchenette (mostly due to my style cooking... create a ton of dishes and use all the pans for a meal). We decided to bring our own coffee maker since we saw there was only a single serve provided. Definitely peruse the apartment guide for local recommendations and guidance on finding things in the apartment. You can tell everything was put together with intention. We would love to stay at Norma's again.

We we in Eugene to see afternoon Hamilton Broadway show. Just wanted quiet, clean place to sleep before returning to Salem. The fact there is no kitchen was no issue. it did have microwave and refrigerator. No TV but that to was no issue. It was a beautiful day close to the McKenzie Pathway and nearby rose garden which would be beautiful in June. Would stay again!

I made somewhat of a last minute plan to visit my son, a UO senior in Eugene, and see a football game. I was lucky enough to find Lia’s place in a neighborhood I like, a short walk to downtown, some good breweries and restaurants and close to transit. Although it’s a basement apartment, the place had windows and plenty of natural light. It was sparsely but adequately furnished and had great internet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but it was comfortable and a good space to relax when not visiting my son.

I stayed at Renee's garden apartment for only one night and could not take full advantage of the many amenities she provided. The apartment was very well stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies and appliances, extra bedding, and local information. There are three beds (in 2 bedrooms) so it's a great place for 2-4 persons, with sufficient privacy for all. The "living room" situation is limited, however -- just a small love seat facing the TV. The space isn't conducive to a social gathering of more than two persons without rearranging the furniture. Check-in directions and pictures were helpful and clear. The garden/yard area appeared attractive and peaceful, and will be even more so as the plants come into their own for the summer. The home's location is within about a 10 minute drive to downtown, the U of O, and many restaurants -- very convenient. I hope to come back for a longer stay next time!

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Well, can’t say enough about this place! And of course, by giving a five star review, chances are that minimizes our opportunities for availability, as this darling home becomes a staple for travelers to consider. Clean, cozy, comfortable and welcoming are just a few words used to describe this sweet place. Pictures are as accurate as ever when considering a stay here. Carol and Mark are wonderful hosts and truly ‘those people’ in your life that you just want to keep on getting to know. Lovely! Recommend everything about this place! It won’t disappoint!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.
