Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Our property is ideally situated only 1.5 blocks from the beautiful Grand Lake and 1 mile from the closest public boat ramp, making it an ideal destination for fishing and boating enthusiasts. We understand that our guests may need space to park large vehicles, and we're pleased to offer a full driveway behind a locked gate for your convenience.

Located on South Grand Lake, you have access to a swim dock, a boat launch, and are only 7 minutes from grocery and liquor stores! Our 4 bedroom house has spaces for adults and kids and plenty of views of the lake. All the TVs are "smart" so bring your logins.
