Für zwei Erwachsene, die Ruhe suchen, ist diese Unterkunft einfach großartig! Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich und hilfreich. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment which has all the basics you need for a pleasant stay. Highlight is of course the balcony/terrace, right on the seafront but still feeling private. Apartment was clean and communication with the agency very easy.

Noelia couldn't have been more attentive - on firstly welcoming us to the island, to the very helpful instructions on finding the apartment, right through to our arrival. The apartment is so well placed, beautifully kept clean and in good decor. Any queries or communication is replied to within ten minutes. We wouldnt hesitated to recommend her as a host. Can't wait to come again

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en una villa que es tal cual aparece en las fotos, una maravilla. Mención especial también para la anfitriona, Fatiha, por su atención, consejos,...en fin, por hacernos sentir tan bien!!!

Lovely home from home villa. Friendly responsive host..great pool. .everything you needed and more from toiletries to wel come food pack, pool towels books ect. Peaceful location but short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Cant wait to return

Stayed at this villa for one week. Great, responsive host who was very quick to reply to my messages. Also helpful and friendly. Villa had the usual appliances you expect to find (hairdryer, etc) and the kitchen was functional for making meals. Pool in good condition and there were nice views over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Location was quiet and private. Supermarket within walking distance. I can't think of any negatives. We had a good stay

Zeno & Alassandra were lovely hosts. Zeno met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and responded quickly throughout the holiday when I needed any enquiries. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook any basic meals. (Two electric hobs, microwave & small oven compartment). In December the apartment was kept cool with A/C in the livingroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Only 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. 5 minute walk to the local Spar & restaurants. Matagorda is a very peaceful & quiet place although it is only a 12 minute taxi ride to the busier Puerto del Carmen. This was our second time visiting this area. We had a lovely time.

La casa es tal cual aparece en el anuncio y Carlos es un anfitrión estupendo, detallistas y cercano. Nos llamó la atención el hecho de que en los baños hubiera pequeños botes de champú, acondicionador, jabón corporal y crema facial, así como un jabón especial para el bebé; había varios juegos de toallas y sábanas; en la nevera había una botella de agua fría y una botella de vino. A la casa no le falta de nada. Tiene dos habitaciones bien equipadas, baños bonitos y funcionales, cocina completa y con electrodomésticos de buena calidad y que funcionan adecuadamente, salón espacioso y televisión con canales nacionales e internacionales, etc. En el exterior tiene una piscina estupenda y zonas de descanso con hamacas y zona de césped artificial, así como una amplia zona cubierta y resguardada del viento para comer. Si tuviera que ponerle alguna pega es que con el viento la piscina se llena de arenilla, pero Carlos nos avisó previamente de esta situación y nos dijo que si ocurría le avisaremos para poder limpiarla. Y efectivamente, le avisamos y ese mismo día teníamos la piscina impoluta para nuestro uso. La vivienda está ubicada cerca de un largo paseo que va a ras del mar y que lleva a varias playas de roca o arena. Pero también está cerca de restaurantes, terrazas y supermercados. En resumen, ¡nos ha encantado!

Flora was great. Really easy to get hold of for information. The location of the apartment is perfect! Lots of on street parking. Lots of windows - the place felt very airy. Shower in the garden was a great perk. Thank you Flora!
