This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Villa Valkea is a stunning semi-detached log cabin, built in 2014 and renovated in 2023, located in the popular Rakkavaara area, approx. 3 kilometers from the center of Levi. It is also within a 10-minute walk from the northeast slopes and golf course of Levi. The ski bus stop, as well as ski and snowmobile trail networks, are about 400 m. away. Villa Valkea provides a pleasant setting for up to 7+1 people to enjoy their vacation and relax, surrounded by beautiful nature and mountain views.

Winter Pintes is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

Arctic Aurora HideAway

A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. With luck here you may see Northern lights from August to end of April. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Mökissä on lämmin tunnelma – hirsipinnat, takkatuli ja sauna luovat täydelliset puitteet rentoutumiseen. Hut Eno on skandinaavinen, tyylikäs ja tunnelmallinen mökki joen rannassa, omassa rauhassa Suomen Lapissa. Suuret ikkunat tuovat ympäröivän metsän ja luonnon lähelle joka tilassa. Joen rauhoittava virta rentouttaa sohvalle asti. Takkatulen loimu lämmittää niin mökkiä kuin vierailijan mieltä. Mökissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja vähän enemmänkin. 4 hiihtokeskusta löytyy noin tunnin matkan sisältä. Kaupat ja palvelut lähellä vaikka saatkin olla omassa rauhassa.
