The house is extremely tastefully decorated with furniture and valuables as well as having all the amenities (including double refrigerator with ice dispenser) to make you feel comfortable and is especially suitable for families with children or a group of friends who love nature and silence. All 5 rooms are air-conditioned. In addition to its early 20th century historical value, the villa is located on a beautiful Pistoia hillside and is surrounded by about half an acre of olive and fruit trees

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Più vicino a noi potete visitare il Parco di Pinocchio a Collodi o il parco zoologico di Pistoia. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.
