Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. In dem Areal gibt es sehr viele Villen, jedoch ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Ich empfehle ein Mietwagen da man sonst schwer in die Unterkunft erlangt. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe 5 min Autofahrt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca 15minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Larnaca entfernt, jedoch hört man kaum Flugzeug-Lärm. Die Unterkunft liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Highlight der Villa ist der Große Pool und der Gasgrill für ein BBQ. Savass war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Ich würde diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Thank you and looking forward to staying here in the future.

Schönes großes Haus mit genug Platz. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit Auto ist alles problemlos in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Stylianos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Beautiful and quiet holiday home, incredible view and very comfortable. Our family of 5 has the best time there, and we couldn’t get enough of our little private beach.

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

Toppenbra boende för vårt sällskap på åtta personer. Rymligt med både privata utrymmen och bra ytor för gemensam tid. Trevlig och serviceinriktad värd som alltid svarade snabbt. Gångavstånd till strand, affärer och restauranger. Extra plus för pool och fin uteplats. Möjligen ett litet minus för att många av lamporna, köksutrustningen med mera krävde adapter för att kunna användas och det saknades adapters i huset - vi behövde alltså köpa väldigt många för att både kunna använda utrustningen + egna behov av laddning med mera. Men det var verkligen ett mindre problem - som helhet ett prisvärt toppenboende i trevliga omgivningar.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

One of our favourite stays with Air BnB so far! Michael's place was just amazing, spacious, clean and so beautiful. The linen smelled fresh and the house so well equipped. The pool was STUNNING and was difficult to leave! Michael was the most lovely host, friendly and accommodating and providing some little treats on arrival and through the week. We have three older teenagers and this place was perfect for giving them their own space yet having amazing family time. Would recommend having a car for this place, its a good walk to the local village if its hot, but I think to see the island thats a good idea anyway. Wasn't a negative for us at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My family and I had a fantastic week at Yvonne's villa, Savanna del Mar, in Cyprus. The villa itself is private and spacious, complete with a beautiful pool and a great BBQ area, which makes for perfect evenings outdoors. The location was ideal. With a rental car, it was easy to explore the surrounding areas and make unforgettable memories. The villa offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back! Highly recommend! Yvonne is a wonderful host. She made the stay even better.
