We had a great stay. Location is ideal. The rooms are spacious and matched the listing. The reserved parking detail is not available upon check in and had to wait, but not for long. Overall, we had a nice experience and will come back for future stay!

Williams place was excellent and was what we expected per the AirBnB post. This location is fantastic and would be hard to pass up. You will not find a better location for ease of access to the Venice Grand Canal mall.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and well-maintained. Dhine was very responsive and organized, she made sure everything was in place to make our stay completely hassle-free. We truly appreciated her attentiveness. We booked last minute and Carl was amazing! He was responsive and accommodating. His place is located near a mall and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well—really convenient!

We had a wonderful time at Rachelle's place! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. The room was exceptionally clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. Rachelle was a truly responsive and helpful Host as she provided clear instructions for our checking in and out. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to rest after a whole day of shopping on the mall. Just a few minutes walking distance to MOA. Nice place! will recommend it to friends..

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

t truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care the owners put into the space—and we knew we had to treat it with the same respect. The house had everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to essentials like dish and hand soap—every little detail was thoughtfully provided. The rooms were fresh and spotless, and we especially loved Bedroom 1. It was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, and stream shows or movies through the projector. The whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Bongga dito. Ang perfect ng unit at host napakaresponsive yung feeling mo kasama niyo sa during stay kasi everytime may need ka andyan agad si sir Randal to assist. Sobrang nakakarelax ang unit nila maganda ang ambiance at napakalamig. 🙂
