I really enjoyed my time at Connie’s. I found it cute and cozy and very relaxing. Everything I needed and then some. Located in a safe neighborhood, I felt comfortable walking at all times. There were plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance too. I would definitely stay there again while visiting friends in Sunrise.

Wat een fantastische air B&B! Het was zo'n fijne kamer met geweldige buitenruimte, zwembad en zelfs een electrische bbq die we hebben gebruikt. Van onze vakantie was dit de allerleukste accommodatie en goed gelegen in een veilige buurt met supermarkten vlakbij. Judy was erg vriendelijk en stuurde vooraf duidelijke berichten en informatie. Het was erg schoon, compleet ingericht en er waren goede bedden. Beter kun je het niet krijgen!

Worth what is offered! The patio is an awesome feature, and if you wake up early enough you can spot the deer.

Place was great! Good communication with host and everything as described. Would recommend.

Checker and Gloria were fabulous hosts, and I highly recommend their Airbnb. We stayed here for a quick stop on a road trip and were so lucky to find this beautiful oasis in Gainesville. The room was clean with every possible amenity, and the backyard is gorgeous! This is the spot to be for anyone staying in Gainesville.

Absolutely loved this rental! The peaceful surroundings and quiet atmosphere made it a perfect escape. The backyard was the highlight, amazing sunset views every evening. Just a short drive from downtown, so we could enjoy the city without dealing with traffic! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

The room is exactly as pictured and described, even better in person, actually. Everything is updated with beautiful marble. The shower was huge, everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We didn't get a chance to walk the grounds but Wayne left a Sapodilla on the table and it was the most delicious piece of fruit I've ever eaten. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend his place to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was our Texas Honeymoon get away and we could not be any happier. Located close to absolutely everything in town, everything was very easy to get to in walking distance. Which also helped since we had our two dogs with us. The suite was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and recommend it for any couple looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg.

Our second time staying with Ms. Cheryl. Always friendly and it's so peaceful and homey. Highly recommend this Oasis to everyone.

Edwin was extremely flexible with our check in time. he also provided an iron and board for our wedding clothes. Short but great stay.

Martin and his place were great. It was larger than I expected, and the neighborhood is so convenient. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful Garden, had breakfast there every morning! <3 Quiet neighborhood but close to grocery shops, etc. Parking in front of the house. The owners were very responsive and supportive. Would go there again!

Maricela has maintained the property very well. It was easy to check in and out. She was super accommodating with the check in/out time as well. Her garden and terrace were absolutely gorgeous. The mountain view deserves a special mention as well.

wonderful place, loved having private and exclusive access to the pool, spacious shower was awesome, full sized fridge was great! (and while in Yuma, i highly recommend the espresso date shake at Martha's Gardens just east of the city, and the tacos at Mi Rancho on 4th Ave are the bomb!)

I loved this place! It was super clean and great neighborhood. Close to everything! You can tell that Kary has really good attention to detail and also extremely responsive. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times!

Loved loved loved this place, it’s very private, super clean with an amazing private pool. Literally felt like home away from home. Wonderful and very responsive hosts. Will definitely be back soon for a quick getaway trip. It was so nice and peaceful we stayed an extra day. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. And trust me it’ll be very soon. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful time and experience. Yall were so kind and generous and sweet from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Cute place, clean, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a short getaway. Margo is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again without hesitation.

I absolutely loved my stay! Instructions were very clear, easy to find, host was very helpful and very responsive. The place was very clean and as shown in the pictures. Would absolutely book again and would definitely recommend.

A very cute and quiet spot, tucked away from the main street and highways. Cozy, warm, and inviting. Alejandra was easily one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely book again if it’s available next time we’re in town.

Stayed a couple of nights and the place was super clean, the house was in a nice neighborhood and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless and easy check in, we got there earlier than expected and he let us check in early, his responsive rate was amazing as well. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

We enjoyed our stay. Place is squeaky clean! Smells so fresh , very helpful staff beautiful pool & super sweet balcony. 10/10 would recommend!
