It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. Taratsa spacious studio/room with amazing sea view

Whole upper floor separate entrance. Large room/studio with en suite shower/toilet, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea view - beautiful Terrace with sun beds/umbrella in quiet area of Upper Lagonisi/Kalivia Thorikou. Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.
