Relax on the balcony or patio in this 3 br 2 1/2 bath home with million dollar mountain view! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home bordering 50 miles of trails at South Mountain Park. Neighbors on only one side as the property is next to trail access for the park is behind the home. Wildlife includes quail, woodpeckers, roadrunners, squirrels, coyotes, and more! Travel virtually as you enjoy more than 250 spectacular photographs of my adventures around the world! Driveway parking ok, garage unavailable.

You will LOVE this house ~ Plush Comfortable Beds ~ Lush green yard with fruit trees and hot tub~ Gourmet kitchen ~ Eclectic bohemian style ~ Whole house water filtration ~ 4 BR accommodates 10 comfortably ~ 5 min to Old Town, 10 min to Airport, 5 min to ASU, 1 min to "Greenbelt Park", 5 min to Papago Mtn, 10 min to Camelback Mtn, 2 blocks from trolley pick up. Although we are limited by law to hosting a max of 6 adults, we can also have 4 children. We have sleeping accommodations for 10.
