It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Be aware before booking! You must acknowledge & agree to the house rules when booking!

Our carriage house studio apartment is in the historic Old West Lawrence neighborhood near downtown + KU , just a short walk to the stadium for football home games or to dining + entertainment. Enjoy a pvt. bathroom, streaming YouTube TV, wet bar w/ microwave. There is a queen sized sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests.
