Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. Cooking in the large, beautiful kitchen is a delight. Dine at the six person kitchen island, or, at the dining table in the four seasons room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, as well as a spacious laundry room make for a lovely stay.

Stay in the Ice Cream Capital of the World, a few blocks from the Parlor, across the street from food, coffee, & laundry. King bedroom on the main floor, plus an open 2 bedroom dormer upstairs with 4 single beds to provide sleeping space for 6 people. Arcade games & reading nook, plus treadmill, handweights, & yoga mat. We do ask that you respect our limit of 6 unless agreed upon beforehand. We will look at security camera footage if more guests are suspected and charge accordingly.

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
