Nestled on 8 gated acres, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (bonus 3rd bath in pool room during non winter seasons) offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and entertainment all in one. Amenities include pool, pool house, grilling area, basketball court and sand volleyball court. Bonus night animal/farm feedings also (weather permitting).

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

New listing! Pool and Spa (hot tub, sauna, massage chair!) Four bedroom and three full bath house. Our family's now third Airbnb in town set to open late summer 2026. Queen bed, two queen-over-queen bunk beds in another room, two twin beds in another room and three twins in the basement. House sleeps 10-12 depending on if bunk beds are shared. Located in a cul-de-sac with several grocery stores located just a block away! Excellent location and amenities! Weekly and monthly rates available.
