Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Modern und individuell im Industrielook eingerichtetes Studio mit Kochnische, Duschbad, großzügigem Doppelbett und eigenem Eingang. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Bauernhauses, das wir teilweise selbst ausgebaut haben. Wie der Rest des Hauses haben wir es mit einigen selbst entworfenen Designelementen ausgestattet. Der private Sitzplatz mit Abendsonne und Bachplätschern lädt zum abschalten ein und der Spazierweg zur Emme führt direkt vor der Wohnung vorbei.
