Ook een prive parkeerplaats is aanwezig. Masseria delle Rose is geheel afgesloten en beschermd door oude stenen muren. Als u de statige poort door gaat, vindt u prachtige bougainville, mediterrane planten en fruitbomen. Gebouwd in 1700, op een strategisch punt heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over het kleine dorp Alessano. Het typische zuidelijke Italiaanse huis heeft 3 slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer.
