So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.

This stylish and unique home sets the stage for a memorable stay. Within our family home we have a large roomy bedroom with 2 comfortable double beds for ladies only. Maximum 2 ladies only. With plenty of storage, towels and complementary toiletries. Breath taking views across the city, hence we call this room the ‘skyline’.
