Best place to stay when working remotely. I wasn't aware of the scheduled power interruption during my stay, but they had a generator and reliable internet, so I had no issues getting my work done.

The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. They have a friendly and accommodating caretaker who made our stay even better. The house was spotless and had all the amenities as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

The place was very spacious and peaceful. A parking space was provided and it is at the center of the city making it a prime location.

Ms. Becca was a great host. She was very responsive and the place was very nice and clean. It was near the fast food restaurant as well. A really great place to stay and affordable.

Becca's place was great value for money. We are traveling by car and we felt right at home here. I was impressed by the fact that there were no bugs in the unit despite being surrounded mostly by nature. We felt cozy with the Netflix setup and comfy sofa. There were power outages but it never felt like an inconvenience. However, future bookers, do not that. I would book again in the future.

My girlfriend stay at Vic apartment for one night. She loved it clean and private and spacious. She loved that it had a couch in the living room and the bed was more comfortable than she thought. She was totally satisfied and would rent Vic’s place again. Vic was very quick in responding to my request or any requests. 👏👏👏👏

Place is good. Too bad that there was an extended power outage so we weren’t able to stay. The host is very responsive and kind. Motorcycles can be parked inside the premises, but if you have a car, it should be parked outside. This is above the water refilling station so you don’t miss where this is actually located if you’ll book this place.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

JS3 is situated in a prime spot, conveniently close to key landmarks and the vibrant heart of Albay. I loved that I could walk to nearby markets and restaurants, yet still enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the apartment. The combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality made it a memorable experience. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again on my next visit to Bicol, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Allan’s place is truly a gem if ever you will tour Legazpi. It is near Yashano Mall and SM Legazpi, therefore, going to different places is not difficult because there is a terminal at SM. Although he is not as responsive as a host should be (even his people at the house isn’t as responsive), we had a smooth check in and check out. We were also able to ask for additional amenities, we just have to wait for quite a while for their response. Aside from that, we had no other problems. The airbnb is as described and it is so big for a group of 4 pax. We love the place especially the kitchen. It has a complete equipments so we did not have a hard time cooking our food. If ever we have a chance to tour Legazpi again, we will surely book this place again. Thank you so much Allan!

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!
