Mr. Maki's place was very clean and very comfortable to stay with though there is an issue with the AC, the host was able to provide a solution that makes our stay amazing! The place is near the Highlands Park, were we took photos due to its great view, day and night. We were able to see the beauty of Mt. Mayon. Safety is never an issue as there are security guards monitoring the whole place, and they are very polite. We will definitely book again the place as 1 week vacation is not enough! 😁😍

We booked the place as safe haven during the onslaught of a typhoon, and we had a goodnight sleep even with the strong wind and rain outside. My girlfriend stay at Vic apartment for one night. She loved it clean and private and spacious. She loved that it had a couch in the living room and the bed was more comfortable than she thought. She was totally satisfied and would rent Vic’s place again. Vic was very quick in responding to my request or any requests. 👏👏👏👏

Sir Andrew's place is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Complete with all amenities. Very accomodating and responsive. The place is absolutely stunning. You will enjoy the place!

It’s a 3-floor building wherein the first floor has a receiving area, a kitchen, spacious pool, 1 cr, 1 shower, lavatory, and entertainment area (tv, karaoke, dining area, small place for some activities), by the way they have almost all subscirptions like netflix, spotify, hbo, prime, disney lmao. The second floor has those 2 spacious rooms where you’ll see a bunk bed per room and another pull out bed. The bunk bed’s standard space is for 2 only but 3 people can actually fit in per bed so I guess EACH room can fit in 6-9 pax. Also, each room has a bathroom, a really cold ac, and an e-fan (which I believe won’t be necessary kasi ang lamig ng ac lol). The third floor is the roof deck with a great scenery! Things to consider when going there are the narrow road from the highway to the place itself and karaoke and loud music is only up until 10pm. But, Sir Ryan is a SUPER HOST! The place is surprisingly amazing! Can fit 5-6 cars in the parking lot and DEFINITELY A VALUE FOR MONEY! 👌🏼
