Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained flat is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Nestled in the countryside, it’s so peaceful the only sound you’ll hear are the birds chirping to wake you up. Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

Bright, well equipped flat, in historic area

The Butlers Quarters is a charming, well equipped and cosy self-contained flat attached to a grand Victorian family home. This was once where the house staff lived! It's within walking distance of the city, parks and countryside, with Derby's historic Cathedral Quarter and the Darley Abbey World Heritage site on the doorstep. The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo/business travellers as well as families. We are within easy reach of the fantastic Peak District National Park.

Adorable Private Suite; Free Street Parking!

A cosy private guest suite. Totally separate access. King size bed, Wi-fii, firestick, kettle, plenty of tea and coffee, awesome electric shower, heating. Just a couple of minutes walk from takeaways and cafes and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The 02 and De Montfort Hall 5 minutes away. Value for money you will not regret staying in! Will accommodate up to 2 people. Strictly NO INFANTS. Check-in from 3pm. Early check-in will be extra charge. Check-out 11am.

A self-contained and private contemporary double bedroom with newly renovated ensuite bathroom, brand new kitchenette and work space available in Meadows Embankment, Nottingham. If you are looking for a central location, you’ve found it! We are within 2 minutes walk from the tram stop and very close to Nottingham Train Station (0.6 miles), Nottingham City Centre (1.3 miles) and Forest football ground and Trent bridge cricket ground (1.2 miles).

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Lovely studio, has its own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors in the room. Recently added a shower in the studio so it is completely self contained now. Small kitchen area with sink and a full size fridge, and a washing machine if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required. Smoking is not allowed throughout the property .
