Er is een appartement op de begane grond (van mij) en een appartement over twee verdiepingen (te huur). Het huis ligt aan het water, met veel bomen en ramen. Grote keuken. Niet geschikt als u niet van trappen houdt. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een zolder met een extra bed. Dichtbij een supermarkt en de bus naar Schiphol (Amsterdam). U kunt onze honden buiten zien en soms horen praten.

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.
