The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Free on street parking. 3.5km/5min drive to Deakin Uni & the Epworth Hospital, 2km/3min drive to local shop, 2.5km/4min drive to the ring road, 21km/25min drive to Surf Coast beaches. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 15 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport is also available with a bus stop within a 200m walk.
