Welcome to Naples ! Come enjoy this tranquil property right outside of old naples with 11 min drive to the beach and a heated pool right in your backyard, it cant get better than this . The house offers amazing comfort for 6-9 people . Designed with comfort in mind , the beds are hybrid memory foam with hypoallergenic pillows that help a great night sleep after a long relaxing beach day. This house is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Freshly repainted , updated new linens & drapes

Champagne Hot Tub Cabana Swim up Bar near Beach

Our amazing house is located just off of Bonita Beach Rd, west of 41, west of Vanderbilt Dr. in Bonita Springs, FL. It only takes 9 minutes to get to the beach on a bike or 3 minutes by car. Our property is a 1,550 square foot house with a screened lanai and a two car attached garage. It has memory foam king bed with it's own bathroom complete with a claw foot tub, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a writer's den / artist studio in the back yard.

Pine ridge model home

New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
