Walking you can visit LaBeataDiOssuccio, Villa Balbianello, Bonzanigo, Villa Carlotta, Bellagio, Menaggio and amazing views but in proximity of bus stop, ferry, restaurants, shops, supermarket and ATM, beach and hiking trails. It is a very peaceful place. In the private garden you can find barry fruits and beautiful flowers. The shared pool is never crowded.

Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.
