Great location for FSU game weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Jonathon’s place was very nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We were close to FSU which was the reason for our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Gracious host. Felt at home. The location is great. The local coffeeshop (the Black Dog Cafe) with outdoor seating by the lake is the shortest of walks from the front door of the place.

Carmen is a fantastic host with a really great place to stay in Tallahassee. Carmen makes sure you will be comfortable and secure in this home. Everything from the furniture to decorations, appliances and kitchen items all seemed new, clean and thoughtfully selected. The backyard is great for human and pet visitors. Our dog had a good time staying here, as did we!

Excellent apartment in a quiet Midtown neighbourhood. All amenities were exactly as advertised. The setup worked well for two couples. It's a great alternative to staying at a local hotel for a few days or longer. Stephanie is a very responsive host, and she fixed an unexpected issue we experienced on the first day very quickly.

My stay at the charming cottage in Tallahassee was fantastic! The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation because it was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The host was the real highlight of the event. When I had questions, he was very patient, always quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. The entire stay was easy and delightful because of his careful attention to detail and gracious hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone visiting this area!

This is the best locations around midtown tallahasseee hands down, place is spacious,cozy, clean, modern and just right. I would stay here again anytime. Plus theres lots to do via walking

Nice house, Lyn was a great host, very responsive. The house is right next to a very busy road and across the street from a high school. It was way too loud for me. I would stay there every time I come to Tallahassee, but the noise was just too much for me.

Clean, quiet townhouse. Well furnished, no clutter. Nice rental.

Cute little duplex with perfect amount of space for our large family. Host was great at communicating and quick to respond. Really appreciated that the showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash already in them. It was a perfect location for us and it's tucked away but close to lots of amenities. Would recommend this host and this house to any family looking for a nice space to stay.

This was our second stay with Julisa. As always, she’s very responsive, kind and flexible. All the beds are extremely comfortable and the extra thought in stocked items make you feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and location was perfect for what we needed. We love it here!

Awesome people and service!

If you are not familiar with Tallahassee, Janice's house is convenient to FSU campus - a 10 minute drive and located in a great area. Janice was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind to find last minute accomodations. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay in Tallahassee perfect for graduation. The only downside is we wish we would have found her house earlier in our visits to Tallahassee - it is not an easy city to find a reliable, convenient place for college visits and her house is the perfect place to book to put your mind at ease. Easy check-in and out and a very responsive host. Thank you Janice for providing us with a great place to stay!

Santa had an incredible experience! Dylan was fantastic—super helpful and accommodating, especially with getting Santa checked in and accommodating a Santa swap last minute.
