Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The two-room apartment is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living room with a equipped kitchen, with access to a portion of the garden for exclusive use; the bedroom and the bathroom are on the upper floor. From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.

Benvenuti nella Casa di Sveva, un posto magico con una vista meravigliosa sul lago Maggiore. Situato all’ultimo piano di una palazzina dell’800, è stato appena ristrutturato ed è completo di ogni comfort (aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, tv, cucina completa di lavastoviglie). A pochi passi da casa troverete la fermata del traghetto per le isole Borromee, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di pesce della zona, un noleggio di barche e una spiaggetta attrezzata.
