Happy Place near Bled

This newly renovated family house in an idyllic village just 3km from Bled is a fantastic blend of nature, tradition and modern appliances. Drink your coffee on the terrace facing the garden or on the balcony, make some breakfast or lunch in the hand-painted kitchen that combines rustic flair with modern comfort, enjoy an afternoon or an evening in the spacious living room, and sleep the sleep of the happy in the hand-made oiled oak bed that is the absolute star of the apartment. Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our place with charming terrace and superior location was renovated in April-2018. Its only 150m from the lake and just 50m from bus station. It is a studio for a family or 4 adults with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Tourist office and restaurants are located next to our building.
