The secret room

Welcome to our little “Mini Home”! Guests love its cleanliness, comfort and excellent location, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the station & town centre. London King’s Cross and Cambridge are both around 30 minutes by train. The loft-style mezzanine has a king-size and double bed, with a compact, well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Families are welcome, with toys and baby equipment available on request. Guests can use the patio table and chairs, although the garden is shared with our family.

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.
