Lage: Das Zentrum von Adelboden ist nur 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle "Raufmatte" erreicht man in 10-15 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Volg/Bäckerei/Coop Supermarkt), Talstation Engstligenalp, Silleren und Chuenisbärgli sind mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar.

Vom Balkon blickt man im Sommer auf grüne Wiesen und im Winter auf die Langlaufloipe welche direkt am Haus vorbei läuft. Das Dorfzentrum und die 3 Bergbahnen sind fußläufig erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle 50m entfernt.
