Welcome to Pillows & Toast, a luxury, self-contained, cliff-top retreat. Perfectly located, first line to the sea, a few steps from breathtaking walks. Direct access to the beach & under-cliff walk below. Super king-size bed, media wall with 65-inch TV & cosy electric fire, big shower with feature wall & underfloor heating, contemporary art, Nespresso coffee machine, free parking. 15 minutes to Brighton by car or a scenic 20 minute bus. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Hideaway Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

Nestled in the South Downs National park, this hand crafted shepards hut is located on a private Georgian Manor house estate. This luxurious bolt hole is perfect for romantic breaks or adventures. The location is simply outstanding you go from rural views to the historic Lewes town centre within a 5 minute drive. Glyndebourne opera and Charleston are within a 10 minute drive. Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
