There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Rural RetreatQuiet and isolated

Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. Pets are allowed by agreement, email us to ask.

The Garden Room, Warblers, Kingston Road, Lewes

The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

Banff Annex at Banff Farm

A small unique home away from home with idyllic views of the South Downs. The perfect stay for couples or a family with young children. Whether your looking to explore the coast, countryside or local towns, you are well situated to explore all. Please note the Annex is situated directly next to the A26 so there will be noise from the road. There is always someone around if you need anything or advise on places to visit. Please note although we don’t allow pets, there are dogs on site.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
