The home is about 1 mile from the dam and it has a circle drive to covered parking and a 2 car pole barn. Conveniently located within minutes to many boat ramps on the Tennessee River. Within walking distance to restaurants and a few minute drive to food and gas. It has WiFi and dish and it has a well stocked kitchen. Great fishing, good neighbors.

My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds.
