Our cabin is located on a private stoned road. Very quiet and remote location. Keep this in mind when booking. 25 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 40 minutes to Carlisle Fairgrounds. Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.

Misty Hill Lodge-Frederick

Pets not permitted. This is a no smoking property, inside and out. Misty Hill Lodge - 2 BR, 2 BA, 1930's Log Cabin in Frederick will be the place where all your stress disappears as soon as you arrive. 5 wooded acres, Huge 29x29 Great Room, 80" Smart TV, Central AC/Heat. Built from American Chestnut trees that lined the property, (15min to downtown Frederick, 5 min to Middletown). The property features incredible wildlife.

Catoctin Cabin and nearby farm!

Come and relax at our private, log cabin, located on 9 wooded acres, with a creek running through at the bottom of the property. In addition to the rental of the Catoctin Cabin, please feel free to ask about access to our farm (just two minutes away), as well as additional accommodations and tours. We also have additional accommodation and rental space available by request.

The Log Cabin

A restored 1700's log cabin in a convenient location to Shepherdstown and surrounding attractions. One bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. One pull out sofa in the downstairs living area. In the summer of 2018, we have added an intimate brick patio area suitable for alfresco dining and for fireside sitting. It is peaceful. It is beautiful. You will not want to leave.
