A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

A great base for the Peak District or Alton Towers also dog sport derby 2 mins just down the road Warm and cosy a little home from home can accommodate two people two separate bedrooms but share the main bathroom We are also long and short stay

Whole Flat for you with its own access. - Driveway space included - Modern Kitchen was washer dryer - Modern Shower - Close to Coventry Canal - Close to George Elliot Hospital - Short walk away from Town Centre - TV firestick with Netflix and Disney + - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer in bathroom cupboard - Ironing board and Iron in Bedroom Wardrobe - Bike holder & wall hoop outside It’s a quite place with quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. A first floor one bedroom flat . Own entrance , off road parking. (URL HIDDEN) Lounge with tv , freeview, dvd , wifi . Folding table with 2 chairs , sofa bed, chair . Kitchenette with microwave, kettle,toaster ,fridge. , equiped with all utensils crockery etc. Milk, tea, and coffee, provided for the first night.Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.

The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.
