This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double and one queen sized bedroom, sofa bed and a delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. Note: Stairs can be steep for the infirm.

Situated in Hopwas, Midlands, Staffordshire. nr Lichfield & Tamworth. Furnished to a high standard The cottage is canal facing, with picturesque views, you can watch the ducks & Narrow boats go past while you have breakfast from inside the cottage. Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

The Coach House is a stand alone dwelling in the centre of the picturesque village of Brewood ; holder of the best kept village in Staffordshire. The accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge dining area with French windows looking onto a walled garden and downstairs utility with toilet, washing machine and tumble drier.
