Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari. Da pagare in loco tassa soggiorno € 2,00 giorno x pax.
