Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Une hôte réactive et de bons conseils. Un logement propre et très bien équipé. Très bien situé. Idéal pour un séjour à cannes. Je recommande vivement !!

Wonderful stay. On arrival slight issue came up but once we contacted Tracey the issue was resolved with quick and efficient commutation. Arrival gifts were greatly appreciated & the apartment was nice & clean. Very comfy bed - and lots of small touches well thought out. Location really good. 10min walk from the train station which took us to the airport and all the other amazing stops along the way! Aparment is up a hill we managed fine with a pram as well, we love to walk so no issues. Quick walk down the hill across the road takes you easily to a nice bakery, coffee, fruit & veg shop and beach front with a glorious walk into the old town. On the other side just a 15min walk to juan le pins. Late check on this occasion was able to be met and appreciated. We traveled with our 15month old and found it overall easy to find & ample room for the 3 of us. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Porto Azzurro und in Francesco' s Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es auch ab und zu geregnet hat waren wir sehr dankbar um die grosszügige Wohnung. Es war toll, mitten in einem Quartier umgeben von Einheimischen zu leben. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, konnten wir alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuss erreichen. Francesco erlebten wir als sehr zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf unsere Fragen antwortete.

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole e pulitissimo. L’arredamento è moderno e molto curato. E’ esattamente come illustrato nelle foto. La posizione è davvero comoda: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare, e il percorso è interamente pianeggiante. Per caricare e scaricare l’auto siamo saliti sul marciapiede di fronte all’ingresso, senza comunque creare intralcio alla circolazione, peraltro non particolarmente intensa in quel tratto di strada. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio (gratuito) a due passi. In alta stagione immagino si debba optare per il parcheggio al campo sportivo, comunque poco distante. La mancanza dell’ascensore non si avverte perché le 3 rampe di scale hanno pochi gradini. Silvia è stata molto disponibile e reperibile sia in fase di check-in che di check-out. Esperienza positivissima! La disponibilità di un microonde sarebbe stata la classica ciliegina sulla torta :) Ma 5 stelle davvero pienamente meritate.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

I booked the Airbnb for my colleague, he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Lovely Airbnb and very helpful host. Will definitely stay again!

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Marc è stato molto bello, la casa è silenziosa, luminosa e piú grande di quanto appare nelle foto. Marc è sempre stato gentilissimo nell’elasticità degli orari e nella disponibilità in generale. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Our fourth stay at Elyane's fantastic apartment, which suggests how good it is. As ever, the balcony over looking Rue de France is delightful suntrap and a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening drink accompanied by some people-watching! The little touches are always appreciated: deck chairs, beach mat, the bottle of chilled rose, and some mini Easter eggs. Thanks Elyane!

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Eric s'est montré réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement à nos proches. Corinne et Pascal

Fantastic apartment for visiting Monaco or spending time in Beausoleil. So close to everything and the apartment is comfortable, clean and secure.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Joli logement correspondant à l’annonce. Jean Marc est très gentil et nous a bien accueillis, petite boisson en arrivant. Jacuzzi magnifique a l’abri des regards, peignoirs fournis, terrasses avec transat sur pelouse. Je recommande vivement. Vous serez bien reçus et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment honnête.
