SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Το σπίτι μας φιλοξενεί άνετα έως 6 άτομα και προσφέρει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, άνετο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. 2 δωματια πληρη (με WC το καθενα) σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

κοντα την θαλασσα , καφετεριες , πιτσαρια, ταβερνα , φουρνος, παντοπωλειο βρισκεται στο κέντρο του παραλιακου χωριου Σκάλα Καλλιραχης Our house( Neki's apartments) has 4 appartments of 45sq.m. each one, consisted of one bedroom with a double king size bed and a living room with two seated bed. The house is located in the middle of the village, so mini market, bakery and farmacy is near the house. The sea is at 150 m.
