In a lovely village alongside the Canal du Midi & only 20min from Carcassonne. Olive Tree has views over the 2 acre mediteranean garden. The 2 bed gîte is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your four legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has its own private patio for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. The gite has shared access to a large heated pool amongst the olive trees and lavander with far reaching views of the mountains. 45 mins to the Med coast.

You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis ligt midden op een biologisch wijnbouwdomein van 70 hectare in de Catharen-streek vlakbij Carcasonne. Het biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden en bossen, ideaal voor wandelingen, met uitzicht op de Pyreneeën. Dit huis ligt naast de centrale boerderij van de Belgische eigenaars, maar is volledig privé. Tijdens je verblijf kun je genieten van een gratis wijndegustatie en een bezoek aan de wijnkelder.

La gargouille des corbières Cuve à vin habitable

La gargouille est un gîte insolite, rénové dans une ancienne petite cave viticole au beau milieu des Corbières à l'extrémité d'un vieux village de 30 habitants; en pleine nature sur 5000 m² de terrain exposé sud donnant sur la garrigue d'où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. La bâtisse est composée d'une ancienne cave viticole et d'une ancienne bergerie habité par les propriétaires. Les deux parties sont complètement indépendantes.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
