This gîte has stacks of charm and provides you with a light and spacious open plan living area. On the ground floor you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and dining area. Upstairs are two large double rooms with adjoining bathroom. The doors open out to a gorgeous, south-facing terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace is covered with fragrant roses and trailing kiwi fruit plants. Next to the terrace is a sheltered outdoor kitchen, perfect for those long summer evenings.

Magnifique maison dans une propriété privée

Grande propriété familiale en plein coeur de la nature, traversée par une rivière, entretenue avec grand soin. Elle est classée A, spacieuse et entièrement rénovée avec des matériaux nobles. En famille ou entre ami-e-s, c'est un lieu idéal pour passer les vacances : Baignade rivière, vélo, rando, volley, badminton, fléchette, ping pong. Proche de toutes commodités, la maison est au coeur du Pays cathare, proche de la Cité de Carcassonne et d'autres supers endroits à découvrir ! Bienvenue !

Dans un environnement préservé, gîte entièrement rénové alliant un agencement pratique et confortable, une décoration soignée mêlant la pierre, le bois, des meubles au caractère ancien et plus moderne. 90 m2 fonctionnels et chaleureux avec 2 chambres , 1 salon avec canapé-lit , 1 séjour avec cheminée et accès au jardin avec terrasse couverte avec espace barbecue. Sur place détente, nature, calme et tranquillité … A proximité de la cité médiévale de Carcassonne et des sites du Pays Cathare.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis ligt midden op een biologisch wijnbouwdomein van 70 hectare in de Catharen-streek vlakbij Carcasonne. Het biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden en bossen, ideaal voor wandelingen, met uitzicht op de Pyreneeën. Dit huis ligt naast de centrale boerderij van de Belgische eigenaars, maar is volledig privé. Tijdens je verblijf kun je genieten van een gratis wijndegustatie en een bezoek aan de wijnkelder.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

Our 2 bedroom house in the stunning Midi-Pyréenés is the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge surrounded by the beautiful french countryside.
