The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

Welcome to Denver! This is a great home for those looking for a place to stay while visiting family or a quick weekend retreat away from the city. Explore all Lake Norman has to offer or head over for a day trip to Charlotte. This property has been on Airbnb for 2 years and has a 4.73 Rating and 56 Reviews.
