This spacious apartment comes with a full kitchen and hardwood floors. The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

The home is also centrally located to local restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Plenty of parking for a multi-family stay and a separate bunk room for the kids.

Lake Escape is best enjoyed on the deck with a water view, in the sunroom overlooking the water, or on the dock. This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
