Amazing apartment, very modern and clean throughout the property. Location is ideal puts you within walking distance of most of Skegness. We enjoyed are stay over in Skegness and would definitely look to stay at Caroline’s apartment again if we was looking for somewhere to stay in Skegness in the future. Thanks Flynn.

Jamie's place was lovely. We had a great 3 nights stay with everything we needed in the apartment. We received great instructions and were able to speak to hosts when we wanted in the shop below. They even found my daughters earpods before she even noticed she'd left them there and let us know. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

This was our second stay here and we had another lovely stay. It is in a great central location, a nice flat with everything you need and we found it quiet. Thank you Lisa, and for accommodating our dates. I am sure we will be back!

Wow what an amazing place! Beautiful boutique style apartment right near to the river with a lovely walk across the bridge into Stamford. Elizabeth has thought of everything for a memorable stay with thoughtful touches with some luxury cereal and bread/jam and other little additions thoughout. All the furnishings were really quality peices, from towels to the bed throw and it gives the place a real luxurious feel. So pleased we found this little place as we had a perfect weekend get away together and would highly recommend Elizabeths place. We will certainly be back. Thank you

This is a large, well-equipped apartment with private parking. The attention to detail is second to none, the decor is exquisite and the host - Neil - is such a nice friendly guy. This place can only be described as faultless.

Had a lovely long weekend in Natalie's beautiful apartment. The photos really don't do it justice, it's cosy, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend and return. Woodhall Spa is a lovely, friendly place, we enjoyed drinks at Bar Eleven and food at Lorenzo's and the Abbey Lodge.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Had a fantastic Easter last minute get away Elton was a really great hoist friendly gives recommendations for places to eat and how to get to places the apartment was absolutely spotless very comfortable bed I slept great because it was Easter weekend there was a fireworks display on you could see it out the window we had a Birds Eye view we didn’t have to leave apartment there’s a very nice cafe down the road that did a really nice all day breakfast my son is into his fishing there are pounds near by about 10 minutes drive you can buy a day ticket he loved it and caught 5 fish we also enjoyed going next door for a drink and watched the boxing you are in walk-in distance to fancy island so you don’t need to drive and park this apartment is definitely worth booking you can’t fault it 5 stars from us lot we will definitely be back also my dog enjoyed his self thank you Elton and Michelle for letting us stay

Nice place, brilliant location

We had a great stay at Alisons abode, and enjoyed our overnight stay immensley. Having travelled along way , and spent a few hours at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at Spilsby, ( well worth a visit ) .. we needed somewhere to relax and recover, and found that at Alisons place ..

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

Excellent and helpful host. Lovely apartment with street parking immediately outside the door. Apartment has everything you need. Very clean and modern. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Spacious lounge with kitchen in one corner with everything there. Good sized smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar to connect to your phone. Great little secure yard area should you need to let dog out between walks. Peaceful at night, good nights sleep. Convenient local store a few steps away. A few further steps and you’re at the local breakfast bar:)

We had a wonderful time in Rebecca's place. It looks better than the photos to be honest. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely linens and towels. The decor is great and it is very peaceful with its own outside patio and plenty of parking. Woodhall Spa was a delightful find and far more vibrant than expected. I would definitely stay in Rebecca's place again next time we come to visit family in the area.

We have stayed at Woodyard Cottages before. Previously we stayed in one of the apartments in the front building, and liked it. Mark and Melanie are both very friendly and responsive, and location is perfect for us to visit family members who all live within 10 min walk. This time we stayed in the newer cabin. All are great value and excellent. There is ample parking and it is quiet, safe neighbourhood. The location is rural countryside, with horse stables nearby. One of them belongs to our family members. For eating out, we found The Anchor Inn to be excellent for our large group. Their traditional carvery lunch, with good veggie options, and lovely airy setting with play ground for young ones was perfect for us. There are also Indian and Chinese takeaways which are quite popular.

Had a lovely weekend here. Excellent communications, better than a hotel.

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony
