Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. The house and gardens are amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean, the house and gardens are in first class condition, and the rooms are all very comfortable. We all made use of the cinema room which is a real treat. There is a small shop just across the road, and there are several supermarkets close by. We didn’t use the nearest pub,The Rising Sun, but it is very close by and easily walkable. We did try to get in for lunch on Easter Sunday, but it was fully booked so I’m presuming it is good.

Mike and Jayne are great hosts who really appreciate making their AirBnB a real home from home! We had a perfect week with wall to wall sunshine in a lovely village with great amenities The annexe had all the comforts we needed. Thanks for a restful stay It was great meeting you and the pets!

Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. We had a peaceful time. Lovely grounds which the dog enjoyed running around. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Carol.

One of the easiest five star reviews to write. The annex was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very well appointed kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook a decent meal. The veranda area is a veritable sun trap and a beautiful place to rest over a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. claire and Neil really have thought of everything - even the loo paper is posh!

Absolutely gorgeous! What a lovely stay we had, the lodge was beautiful - better than the pictures and the surroundings were picturesque. The lodge was tucked away and really private, with only one other lodge next to us. In terms of home comforts, Sue really has thought of everything guests may need to feel at home, all amenities that can be found in self-catering holidays were present and abundantly more! Sue was always there when we needed anything, she would respond promptly and arrive to show us what we needed very quickly. The local treats that were left in the lodge as a welcome gift were a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again 😊

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

The location is perfect. You can leave the car and walk everywhere, 2 minutes walk to the castle and cathedral with so many other interesting places nearby. The flat itself is lovely, comfortable and spacious. Being next to the hotel means you can have breakfast there, which we did, and supper if you want. We had a problem with the heating which took a while to sort but they were very attentive and sorted it eventually. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable beds. Shower was in the bath which was ok. Lincoln castle is a wonderful place and the wall walk memorable. The cathedral is amazing. A lot of tea shops and places to have supper all nearby.
